Sinopsis

La nueva época de la hegemonía de las tecnologías digitales está cambiando drásticamente todos los aspectos fundamentales de la vida cotidiana, tanto en el seno familiar-comunitario, como en el ámbito empresarial e institucional. En La literatura internacional relacionada con el tema es repetido una y otra vez que la era digital ha reconfigurado ostensivamente la formas, medios y propósitos de la comunicación y la interacción interpersonal, grupal y organizativa, al surgir nuevos instrumentos y aplicaciones, para atender nuevas necesidades de comunicación que anteriormente no eran tales, o no existían. Al mismo tiempo, en el plano individual y grupal ha roto las barreras del tiempo y del espacio, despersonalizando el proceso esencial y ubicuo que cumple la comunicación en la sociedad y complejizando su papel y su valor como proceso relacional y de intercambio social, económico y cultural.
